Training Associate - Delivery Team

JOB PURPOSE

Our training delivery team is responsible for providing outstanding training experiences to our new and existing employees through inspiration, empathy, and a charming personality.

The Training Delivery Team must be able to train experiences training adults from different walks of life, backgrounds, and experiences professionally and engagingly while using new, trialled and tested learning methods to guarantee that all participants understand the essential learning outcomes established by the client.

Teaching methods may vary based on the needs of the client, although in-person classroom instruction or live online learning may be required. All trainers must adopt and incorporate the BLR's iRADAH program and pillars, which are: we care, we take ownership, we love what we do, and we inspire in all they do.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that room is set up 45 minutes before training starts

  • Memorise and deliver script lines as necessary

  • Provide feedback on content based on audience reactions to information

  • Deliver an outstanding training session based on the BLR iRADAH methodology

  • Ensure that all participants understand all parts of the content delivered

  • Provide feedback after all training sessions via BLR online platform

  • Ensure that all training materials are updated, and handouts are ready for all participants

  • Training people in an engaging way, ensuring that training is fun and inspiring for all participants and trainers

  • Ability to adapt training for persons with learning disabilities such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia

Candidate requirements

  • Freelance Contractor

  • Work remotely on a project basis, with some international travel

Location & Commitments

  • Experience in Corporate training or 3 / 5 years experiences in general training is mandatory

  • Speaking publicly in front of audiences of all sizes

  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting

  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of various teaching methods

  • Ability to utilise suitable acting techniques

  • Exceptional reading, movement, improvisation, and memorisation skills

  • Top-notch verbal communication skills, including the capacity to project your voice with clarity

  • Entertain, convey character and express emotions in front of a live audience

  • Can do voice-overs; not essential.

  • Experience in Museum or Attraction environment its a bonus

  • Speaking different languages such as arabic, French will be considered a great advantage.
