Creating and delivering a new type of recruitment, management, training and employee engagement solution - iRADAH - “with intent, persistence and a willingness to achieve”, that places people at the beating heart of the visitor experience.

Barker Langham’s iRADAH personnel recruitment solution was selected by Expo Dubai to deliver educational tours for universities and school groups across the main thematic pavilions. We were also appointed to recruit specialist media, communications and broadcast staff for Expo, and by Global Affairs Canada to provide all visitor experience and protocol staff for the Canada Pavilion. Overall, the Barker Langham Recruitment team recruited and trained over 800 members of staff for a variety of operational functions and country pavilions at Expo.

iRADAH was designed by Barker Langham to not only meet the complex requirements of large scale cultural projects such as expos, but also to surpass expectations and set new standards of operation and services excellence. For Expo Dubai, iRADAH was not a generic “manpower supplier”; rather, it provided engaged, enthusiastic and exemplary people who deliver an unsurpassed level of experience excellence.

We created teams made up of individuals who are emotionally and intelligently connected with the themes of the expo, who were responsible for explaining, enhancing and connecting the experience to enrich learning across pavilions. To achieve this, we crafted our recruitment and sourcing strategy to attract the most enthusiastic and engaged minds, and instilled a culture of excellence for staff to thrive both personally and professionally.
